Biography: Allan Morgan

Allan Morgan is a full-time artist living in the beautiful border country of Herefordshire and Powys. Born in 1952, Allan studied art at both Swansea and Coventry Art Colleges, graduating with a B.A. honours in Fine Art.
His professional career has since focused mainly on realist landscape painting although he has also enjoyed considerable success as an illustrator. He has recently extended his style to include a more colourist approach in much of his work.
The basis of his inspiration remains largely the same however namely his love of light, colour and atmosphere in landscape. Influences in Allan’s paintings are varied and include the Pre-Raphaelites, Fauvist’s and Impressionists. Having formerly spent many years living close to the coast in the past, Allan Morgan regularly returns to this subject matter with much of his work.

Biography: Simon Wright
Born in West Yorkshire in 1974. From as early as I can remember I have always been drawing & painting, and its been my sole passion all my life.
After gaining a degree as an illustrator I began to realize I enjoyed more fine art painting as it didn’t have the restraints of illustrative work.
Through this I gained success painting animals, particularly dogs, I also started to do more portraiture work.
In my work I try to bring the elements of illustration and fine art together to hopefully create a style which is totally unique and appeals to a varied audience.
I enjoy working from realistic to abstract and everything in between.
I work predominantly in oils, and acrylic.
I am always grateful that I am able to make a living out of my love of painting.

Rozanne Bell
Rozanne Bell is the epitome of fun. She is a flamboyant gregarious character with a unique creative imagination that knows no bounds. She is an exciting and entertaining person; full of energy and vibrancy and her art mirrors all these qualities. Rozanne has five children and her artwork is embroidered into the heart of her family life.
Born in Zimbabwe and she lived there for 40 years. She exhibited all over southern Africa and, through tourism, an American market for her work evolved. From Guernsey to Ghana her paintings hang in many banks and boardrooms all over the world.
In 2002, the situation in Zimbabwe necessitated Rozanne’s move to England. Her ability to adapt to a new environment, coupled with her optimistic determination to succeed had brought a breath of fresh air to the British art market.
The latest works by Rozanne exhibit her unique view of an architectural landscape encompassing a curious and whimsical character combined with a realism and grittiness unequalled in the art world today. Her sense of fun and artistic integrity combine to create highly desirable microcosms inhabited by the peoples of one's imagination.
The subjects of her paintings are novel; new and full of vitality. The influence of her African upbringing combined with the injection of British humour has ensured that Rozanne's paintings are now very much in demand. With no restriction of formal art training, she is able to cultivate her natural flair and zany approach. Her disciplined inspiration has provided exhibitions in Surrey, Dorset and Suffolk.
