Born 1947 in Yorkshire.
John studied art from an early age and began his career as a design engraver.In his free time he sketched and painted becoming more attracted and proficientIn watercolours and he now paints exclusively in this medium.In 1985 he was elected a full member of the prestigious British Watercolour Society and he is also an associate of the Yorkshire Artists Exhibition.
